Prati Pandharpur [Replica of Pandharpur] - Chaitanyadham, is being constructed behind the Lohgad area near Pune by Shri Baba Maharaj Satarkar who is well known as 'Modern Tukaram'. The temple is still under construction but is worth a visit.

I had visited this temple when the construction was going on. It must have been completed by now.P. Pujy, Baba Maharaj Satarkar has done a great service by constructing this Prat Pandharpur. It is a beautiful, scenic, and spiritually elevating scene. Some one nearby should update the pictures. May be website should be developed. Baba Maharaj has done a great service to Spiritual traditions of Varakari Sampraday. I have been fortunate in having him visit USA years ago. Maharashtra is fortunate to have saints like him. THE WEBSITE SHOULD BE DEVELOPED. Can any visitor up date by leaving a comment?
